  Principle and characteristics: when the equipment is running at high speed, it drives the strong air flow, so that the agglomerated powder particles stay in the stator of the equipment, and the stator is designed as a special groove. The strong vortices formed by wind pressure and wind speed will produce shear force, friction force and centrifugal force, which can quickly break the materials into single particles and reduce them to the original particle size or natural crystal particles.

Working principle of Honeycomb Mill for powder coating

  The material enters the Ulm pulverizer through the quantitative feeding system, and the 200 ~ 300 ℃ hot air enters through the secondary air outlet. In the dispersing chamber, the turbulent collision between the materials is used to fully disperse and form a full heat exchange with the hot air. During the rising process of the material, it is continuously dried, and the dried water is taken away with the hot air. The dried material is controlled by the air classifier to meet the upper limit requirements of the final product, The qualified air enters the cyclone collector for collection with the air flow, the dust is filtered by the pulse dust collector, and the clean hot air enters the dispersing system through the return air system, so as to make full use of it and improve the thermal efficiency.
